The practice of yoga is one of union, balance and connection. By connecting to our self through movement and breath we are able to form a deeper bond with universe and uncover the illusion of separation, returning to a place of wholeness and oneness with all that is.
When we find balance on our mat, we are able to step into the world more whole, centred and present, and this is the gift that yoga gives us.
We offer both gentle yin yoga and vinyasa flow classes every Friday and Saturday, taught by our resident yoga teacher.
