Bodhi Khaya is dedicated to sourcing fresh, local, and organic produce. As a vegetarian and gluten-free kitchen, our goal is to deeply nourish our guests with wholesome, immune boosting meals. The benefits of eating naturally healthy and tasty meals are exponential: improved digestion with anti-inflammatory foods; increased energy; better sleep and gentle detoxification.

Our chef, Nicola Cunningham, uses minimal dairy and sugar and focuses on vegetable and herb combinations needed for building healthy immunity. Following the principles of Ayurveda, Nicola promotes healing from within by feeding your body everything it truly needs to balance and harmonise itself into well-being.

Each time I visit Bodhi Khaya it feels like a homecoming. I think clearer, breathe far easier, walk far lighter, sleep far deeper and eat far slower when I’m here . In these surroundings - every element is nourishing. The kitchen serves up wholesome, flavoursome, medicinal meals . The hospitality is uncomplicated and peaceful . The environment teaches you by simply offering up fynbos walks, quiet Milkwood forests, treeplanting, labrynth meandering and fresh water ponds to swim in .
